Terms and Conditions

Our goods come with guarantees that comply and abide by the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods are found not to be of acceptable quality.

In these Terms and Conditions:

'We' and 'Us' means Telefashion which is fully owned and operated by Meilutyte Pty Ltd and 'You' means the consumer.

We sell and ship products within Australia only. We will not deliver outside of Australia.

We are doing our best to display items as accurately as possible. However, we appreciate your understanding that colours may vary depending on your monitor and lighting.

By placing the order you are accepting these 'Terms and Conditions' and confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years old.

Telefashion provides a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card payments and also offers a PayPal payment solution.

Delivery areas

We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not deliver outside Australia.

Returns
  • If your item is faulty

Depending on the fault we will require you to send the item back or provide photo evidence. Once the return has been received and evaluated you can then choose between exchange, store credit or refund.

  • If you received the wrong item

Please notify our team and provide a picture of received item and depending on availability we will happily replace the item for you.

  • If you changed your mind

Items can be returned within 14 days of the date your order has been dispatched if they have not been used and they are in original condition and packaging.

Once the return has been received and evaluated we will notify you ASAP.

Refund information

If an item is faulty or unavailable the refund will be issued directly onto the credit card or into your bank account. In all other cases, store credit will be issued.

Refunds can take up to 72 hours from the date the refund is processed.

Exchange information

We will offer you store credit once you send the items back as outlined in our return policy and you will be able choose new items from our online or physical store.


Items for exchange must be returned within 14 days of the date your order has been dispatched.

Once the return has been received and evaluated we will notify you ASAP.
